Grant’s Lounge Will Celebrate 41 Years By Benefiting The Mentors Project

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A popular lounge in Macon is celebrating more than 40 years in business.  You’re invited to attend a First Friday party in its honor. 

Grant’s Lounge is celebrating it’s 41st anniversary in the park on Poplar Street Friday, March 3, from 6pm-10pm.  Macon’s own Jubee and the Morning After and the famous Grant’s Lounge house band will be performing. 

Organizers say the event will honor the lounge’s long status as the original home of southern rock.

Proceeds will benefit the Mentors Project of Bibb County.
