Crime Stoppers seeks man wanted for cruelty to children in Bibb County

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Macon Regional Crime Stoppers is spotlighting five individuals wanted by law enforcement agencies across Middle Georgia as part of its ongoing effort to encourage community involvement in locating fugitives.

Crime Stoppers partners with media outlets and law enforcement agencies in eight Middle Georgia counties, offering anonymous rewards for tips that lead to arrests.

The following individuals are wanted:

  • 30-year-old Donald Mintz is wanted by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office for expired vehicle registration, fleeing and eluding law enforcement, aggressive driving, failure to appear in Superior Court, battery F/V, and Superior Court bench warrant for driving while license suspended or revoked.

  • 40-year-old Jonathan Connor is wanted by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of Superior Court bench warrants for possession of methamphetamine, cruelty to children in the second degree, and possession of drug-related items.

  • 40-year-old Crystal Carter is wanted by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for a Superior Court probation violation. Original charges include theft by receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana (F).

  • 24-year-old Christopher Fields is wanted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office for identity fraud (F). He is also wanted by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office for terroristic threats and acts F/V, cruelty to children in the third degree F/V, theft by taking F/V, battery F/V, deposit account fraud, and forgery in the fourth degree.

  • 21-year-old Christopher Watkins is wanted by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office for rape.
