Macon City Hall Packed With Concern Citizens Over New Animal Shelter

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Tonight, Bibb County residents and animal rescue workers had the chance to voice their concerns and make suggestions about what they want to see included in the new animal control shelter.

Chairman Sam Hart says before they move forward with any plans for the project, they want to make sure it’s what Bibb County residents want, “We don’t get but one opportunity to do it right.”

More than 50 people piled into the chamber at Macon City Hall to make sure their ideas and suggestions were heard.
