Annual Mentors and Manners Tea Party returns to Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The 16th annual Mentors and Manners Tea Party with Miss Georgia pageant is scheduled for April 26 at the Hay House from 2 to 4 p.m.

The event is open to the public, with a special invitation extended to children ages 5 to 13.

Miss Georgia, Miss Macon, Miss Macon’s Teen and other titleholders from across the state will be in attendance. The program will highlight the importance of community service and etiquette.

Children ages 5 to 13 will receive a tiara or crown, sash, light refreshments and additional favors. The cost is $50 for children and $30 for parents. Attendees will also have the opportunity to take photos with Miss Georgia and receive a certificate signed by the titleholders.
