The sandwich features a country-fried steak topped with Southern sausage gravy and served on the chain’s made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit.

The new item is available all day and offered exclusively at Bojangles. Solomon says “the Smothered Steak Biscuit is designed for breakfast, lunch, or any time customers want a hot, hearty option prepared the Bojangles way.”
