Warner Robins man hospitalized after shooting, investigation underway
Officers responded around 4:04 p.m. to the 100 block of Latham Drive, where they found a man with a gunshot wound to his hip.
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Warner Robins Police Department is investigating an aggravated assault that happened Monday afternoon, according to the City of Warner Robins.
Officers responded around 4:04 p.m. to the 100 block of Latham Drive, where they found a man with a gunshot wound to his hip. The victim was treated by EMS and taken to Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, where he is listed in stable condition.
Investigators say the victim and the suspect know each other, and the shooting does not appear to be random. According to the city, the suspect is a man in his 30s.
The case remains under investigation.
