Warner Robins Mayor LaRhonda Patrick says the events are meant for everyone in the community.
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The City of Warner Robins is preparing for the upcoming holiday season with a lineup of festive activities.
Warner Robins Mayor LaRhonda Patrick says the events are meant for everyone in the community.
“Christmas officially kicks off in Warner Robins on December 4,” Patrick said. “We have our Christmas bazaar that day with vendors selling all kinds of homemade items for Christmas.” Patrick added that the vendor market is a good opportunity to support local businesses.
The annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will also take place on Dec. 4 and will feature the walk-through Christmas tree.
“We have our annual Christmas parade on Watson Boulevard the first Saturday in December,” Patrick said.
Patrick said there will also be an opportunity for people to bring their dogs for photos with Santa.
On December 10, the city will host a family fun day with holiday activities, including another chance for families to take pictures with Santa.
