(CNN)- Keanu Reeves is diving back into the world of science fiction — and this time, it involves sharks and time travel.

The John Wick and Matrix star will headline “Shiver,” directed by Deadpool’s Tim Miller. According to The Hollywood Reporter, details about the plot remain under wraps, but the film reportedly centers on a smuggler entangled in a deadly double-cross, a time loop, and man-eating sharks.

Meanwhile, Twisters actress Daisy Edgar-Jones and CODA star Emilia Jones are joining forces for a new period drama, “Bad Bridgets.” The film follows two Irish sisters who flee famine-era Ireland for a new life in New York. Production is slated to begin next spring in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

And in the music world, Florence + the Machine are celebrating Halloween in style. The band’s new album, “Everybody Scream,” dropped on October 31 and was voted Billboard’s favorite new release of the week by fans.

The group’s supporting world tour kicks off in February in Belfast before heading to the United States in April.
