A man is in custody after police linked him to the theft of unreleased Beyoncé music just days before her first Cowboy Carter tour stop in Atlanta.

(NBC)- A man is in custody after police linked him to the theft of unreleased Beyoncé music just days before her first Cowboy Carter tour stop in Atlanta.

Authorities say the incident happened in a parking deck in July, two days before the highly anticipated concert. Investigators tied a vehicle to the scene and later arrested Kelvin Evans, who is related to the car’s owner.

Evans was booked into the Fulton County Jail and is facing charges of entering an automobile or other motor vehicle with the intent to commit theft or felony.

Police have not released details about how much music was stolen or whether it has been recovered.
