Fans have flocked to see the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, prompting an extension of its theatrical run through next Wednesday. The film, first released in 1965, remains one of Hollywood’s most iconic and cherished musicals.

 After a long hiatus, Big Little Lies is officially returning for a third season. HBO confirmed work is underway, with the hit drama adding a new executive producer and writer. The series, which last aired in 2019, has been on hold for years. No premiere date has been announced.

In film news, Sydney Sweeney is packing a punch in her latest role. The actress transforms into real-life boxer Christy Martin in the upcoming biopic Christy. The film tells the story of Martin’s rise from small-town roots to becoming one of the first female stars of boxing. Christy is scheduled to debut in theaters on November 7.
