MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Kinjo Kitchen + Cocktails has permanently closed its doors after five years in business, the restaurant announced on social media.
Owners originally planned to remain open until August 23 and then reopen under a new concept. However, the business said “circumstances have changed” and it will instead close immediately.
“This is not the way we envisioned this chapter ending, and we are deeply sorry for the suddenness of this news,” the post stated. “What has carried us through these years has been the people—our wonderful patrons who filled these rooms with warmth, conversation, and celebration, and our incredible staff, who poured their energy, talent, and heart into every shift.”
The announcement thanked customers for their support and staff for their dedication.
“Though this door is closing sooner than we imagined, we are endlessly thankful for the community and connections built here. Serving you has truly been a privilege we will never forget,” the post read.
