Arrest Made In Rocky Creek Food Store Robbery

Macon police have made an arrest in the robbery that took place at the Rocky Creek Food Store on Monday.

They were able to confirm that, 22 year old Rodney Demond Jackson was the man in the green cap on the surveillance video.

Officers then learned that Jackson was on his way to Florida. He was caught on the greyhound by the US Marshals office and Tifton police department.

He is being held at the Bibb County LEC charged with one count of robbery by sudden snatching and a state court probation violation.
