Rigby’s Water World hosts Fourth of July celebration

Hundreds of visitors from all across Georgia came out to celebrate at the popular water park.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Rigby’s Water World is making a splash this Fourth of July. 

Hundreds of visitors from all across Georgia came out to celebrate at the popular water park. The day was packed with exciting events for families, including a whipped cream pie eating competition and a belly flop contest. 

Two participants in the whipped cream pie competition shared their thoughts on what this celebration means to them.

“It’s great and awesome! It’s one of the best things in the world,” one of them said. “Spending time with family, that’s what it’s all about. We do a lot of work, and so we need to do a lot of playing and having fun.”
