Heritage Battles Against Mary Persons In Superb Boys Soccer Opening Round Matchup

FORSYTH, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Mary Persons High School Bulldogs boys’ soccer squad defeated 8-8 Heritage Friday in the opening round of the GHSA Class AAA State Boys’ Soccer Championship 3-1 in double overtime behind two goals from Jordan Mullis in the 12th minute of the first half and the last goal under a minute to go in 2OT, to advance to the second round.

The Bulldogs will head to Bainbridge Friday.
