Forysth Mayor Makes Appearance in Court Challenging Election Results

Today, Forsyth Mayor Tye Howard made his first appearance in front of a judge to contest the November 8th election results. 

Howard is asking a judge to review the outcome. He claims dozens of absentee ballots were forged and miscounted.

Howard lost the election by a narrow margin to John Howard II. 

A judge will hear arguments starting December 16th.
