Two dead in fatal crash on Depot Street in Wilcox County

Troopers were dispatched to a single-vehicle accident on Depot Street around 7:19 p.m. on March 26. 

WILCOX COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Two people are dead after a fatal crash on Wednesday, according to Georgia State Patrol (GSP).

Troopers were dispatched to a single-vehicle accident on Depot Street around 7:19 p.m. on March 26.

The news release states that all three occupants had been ejected from the overturned vehicle. The initial investigation showed the vehicle was traveling south on Depot Street, traveled off the roadway to the left, and overturned multiple times.

One of the passengers, 26-year-old Michael Scott of Rochelle, was pronounced dead on the scene.

The second passenger, 26-year-old Dontavious Davenport of Hawkinsville, was life flighted to Navicent Health in Macon.

The suspected driver, 26-year-old Shalliyah Little of Hawkinsville, was taken to Taylor Regional Hospital and pronounced dead.

The case is still under investigation.
