MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Superintendent Dr. Dan Sims has big plans for the next three years for the Bibb County School District.
On Friday, during a board retreat, Sims outlined his vision for the district’s future.
Sims said he wants the district to create a model of “pushing and loving” students.
One example of how he plans to accomplish this is by providing students with more opportunities for exposure to various experiences, Sims said.
He also plans to expand Dual Enrollment options, allowing students to take classes at any university or college in the United States.
