(CNN)- James Taylor’s timeless hits are making their way to the big stage. A new musical, “Fire and Rain,” featuring the iconic singer-songwriter’s catalog, is in development. The production will be led by Pulitzer Prize and Tony-winning writer Tracy Letts, with Tony Award-winning director David Cromer at the helm.

Actor Scott Eastwood is joining the cast of “Regretting You,” an adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s best-selling novel. According to Deadline, the drama is set to hit theaters on October 24th, bringing Hoover’s emotional storytelling to the big screen.
