CNN- Lady Gaga is back on top! Her new album, Mayhem, has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, marking her biggest streaming week ever. This is her first time leading the chart since her 2020 album Chromatica, proving once again that the pop icon remains a dominant force in the industry.

 Sony is reviving Starship Troopers, nearly 30 years after Paul Verhoeven’s cult-classic military satire. Columbia Pictures has tapped Neill Blomkamp (District 9, Elysium) to write and direct a new version of the intergalactic war story. Unlike the 1997 adaptation, Blomkamp’s take will reportedly be more faithful to Robert A. Heinlein’s original 1959 novel, setting the stage for a grittier, more philosophical approach to the legendary sci-fi tale.
