Twilight Fans Sell Out Middle Georgia Theatres

Thursday night movie theatres across the nation were filled with Twilight fans, or Twihards.  “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part One” marks the beginning of the end for many Twilight fans. It’s the 4th movie in the series, the second to the last and the first of the two part finale.

“I’m very excited for the wedding and the pregnancy,” said Marla Keldahl, Twihard.

Most of the fans have read the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer and they know how it ends, but they say there’s still a great deal of anticipation.

“They usually change up the movies a little bit to add a little more suspense,” said Kaylan Cleaton, Twihard.

“I’m really excited to see how the directors have developed the movie, see how close they are the books so being a die hard fan of the books I really hope the movies do them justice,” explained Keldahl.

More than 2,500 midnight screenings are sold out in advance including all 10 auditoriums and nearly 1,700 seats Houston Lakes Stadium Cinemas.
