Billy Money Band Charity Concert to benefit Brookdale Resource Center

Director of communications for United Way of Central Georgia Philip Swicegood says all of the money raised will benefit Brookdale Resource Center.

MACON, Georgia – The United Way of Central Georgia is hosting a charity concert to raise money for the Brookdale Resource Center.

Director of communications for United Way of Central Georgia Philip Swicegood says the concert will feature an evening of country music by songwriter, soloist, and musician Dr. Bill Barnes and The Billy Money Band.

Swicegood says all of the proceeds benefit the Brookdale Resource Center, which is a 90-day program providing shelter and resources to families and individuals experiencing homelessness.

The concert is March 8 at 6:30 p.m. at The Grand Opera House. Tickets begin at $40.
