Protesting Pastor Sues Warner Robins

A pastor arrested for protesting Warner Robins High School’s Demon mascot is suing the city and the two police officers.

Rev. Donald Crosby of Jackson says Officer Steve Warmack and Sgt. Harry Dennard used inappropriate conduct and “heavy-handedness” when arresting him last year.  Crosby was arrested for protesting without a permit in front of Warner Robins High School saying the “Demon” mascot was immoral and needed to change.

Warner Robins’ City Attorney Jim Elliot tells 41NBC he doesn’t believe there is any real basis to Crosby’s claims.
