‘LOTS’ Restores Macon Home for Single Moms

Free housing will soon be available for single-mother families.

Least of These Sharing also known as LOTS Restoration is an organization that plans to restore a house located at 2745 Hillcrest Avenue in Macon into a home to help single moms become self-sufficient.

The charity is calling it a grace house that will provide free transition housing. The goal is to provide four families with a home by Christmas,
but group members say they can’t do it without the community’s help.

“We are looking to the community and other charities, individuals, professionals, businesses to volunteer their time, donate the supplies, to get personally involved – some blood, sweat, and tears, get in it…” says LOTS Director Paula Wallace.

Restoration of the house starts Sunday, October 16. Everyone is invited to the groundbreaking ceremony at 2PM and community members are encouraged to volunteer.
