Baldwin County Superior Court Employee Charged with Child Exploitation Released On Bond

Richard O’Neal, the Baldwin County Superior Court employee charged with child exploitation, was released on bond this morning. Baldwin County District Attorney Fred Bright says bond was posted at $25,000.

According to Bright, some of the conditions of his release are:

• No contact with any children under the age of 18, except for O’Neal’s six year old daughter
• No computer access with exception of job searching and financial uses
• No contact with Judge Hulane George and employees in her office
• Banishment from the Baldwin County Courthouse

O’Neal was only in jail for a little over a week. Bright says this case will be presented to a grand jury.
