Macon Police Make Arrest Involving $5,000 in Drugs
Macon Police arrested a Conyers man, after finding $5,000 worth of suspected drugs in his possession. An officer, with the help of his K-9, arrested Robert D. Hinton last Wednesday on I-16. The officer pulled him over for failing to maintain lane, but during the stop the officer found what police are calling a suspected 57 grams of Marijuana, 41 grams of Cocaine, and 101 tablets of Ecstasy. Hinton is charged with Cocaine Trafficking, Possession of Schedule I drugs with Intent to Distribute Ecstasy, and Felony Marijuana Possession.
Hinton is being held at the Bibb County LEC.
