Student-run restaurant opens to community

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Edgar’s Bistro, a student-run restaurant, opened in Macon on Thursday.

The restaurant is run by faculty and students at Helms College in Macon.

The bistro offers students a chance to help run the restaurant as part of their academic experience.

Edgar’s Bistro is open Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
