Little Richard to be buried in Huntsville, Alabama

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Little Richard will be buried in Huntsville, Alabama next week.

Stanley Stewart, Little Richard’s cousin, says services will be held on Wednesday, May 20 at Oakwood University, where Little Richard went to school.

Little Richard, who was born Richard Penniman, was born and raised in Macon.

He died Saturday at the age of 87.
