Gresham Motorsports Park Adds Two More Race Events To Its Schedule

JEFFERSON, GA – Gresham Motorsports Park has announced the addition of two races to its 2011 race schedule. The races will be held on Wednesday night, July 20 and Wednesday night, August 3.

July 20 will see Pro Late Models, Trucks and Outlaws competing on the half-mile GMP oval. The schedule for August 3 will feature Pro Late Models, Trucks, Mini Stocks and Renegades competing.

Both nights, the top 6 qualifying Pro Late Models will compete in a Trophy Dash consisting of 8 laps to determine the starting order. The Pro Late Models will then race a 40-lap race that will pay $1,000 to win!

Tickets for both Wednesday night events are just $10 and children 11 and under are FREE. Grandstand and trackside gates will open at 5 pm and the green flag will drop at 8 pm.

The Wednesday night race events are scheduled to end by 10 pm (times are tentative and subject to change).

This weekeknd, on July 16, the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) late models will compete to win the Racing Radios 100. This will be an exciting night of racing with PASS Late Models, Outlaw Late Models, Trucks, Renegades, Mini Stocks and Mini Cups.
