Not very May like for the last day of May

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) –  Good morning, everyone! This morning, temperatures are in the upper 50s to mid-60s, which is much cooler than yesterday at this time. It almost doesn’t feel like the last day of May. This afternoon, we’ll stay dry with temperatures reaching the mid to upper 80s under mostly sunny skies. It’s perfect weather for outdoor activities. On Saturday, we will reach the upper 80s with a slight 10% chance of rain. The same forecast holds for Sunday, but with a 40% chance of rain. Over the next seven days, rain totals will be less than half an inch, so it won’t be very wet this weekend. This forecast is below average for this time of year, so let’s enjoy the mild weather while it lasts. Have a wonderful weekend and take care!
