Milledgeville Burger Week wraps up Saturday

Nine days of off-menu burgers created by thirteen participating eateries.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — It’s that time of year again, the third annual Milledgeville Burger Week.

Organizers really stepped it up this year, they added more days to Milledgeville Burger Week making it a total of nine to be exact and 13 eateries for you to choose from.

Something else new for burger lovers, these, off menu burgers will cost you only $9.00 this year.

Another perk, they’re trying is an ‘Burger Week Official Passport, we were told, it can help, burger aficionados, navigate their way through burger week and, once you’ve collected at least five stamps you can turn it into the Milledgeville Visitor’s Center and get really neat gift.

We stopped by, Kai Thai, last year’s, winner of the Milledgeville People’s Choice Award and they said, they have a new creation and can’t wait to see how their entry performs this year.

All 13 eateries you can try are Amici, Bollywood Tacos, Buffingtons, Green Street Pool Tavern, Kai Thai, Legends, Metropolis, Milly Grub, Ned Kelly’s, Taylor’s Cove, The Brick, The Reel Grill and Wings, Rings and Things.

Milledgeville Burger Week, officially ends Saturday, May 25.
