Macon-Bibb Traffic Engineering seeking your help for pedestrian safety grants
The grant is part of the U.S. Department of Transportation's National Roadway Safety Strategy and Macon-Bibb's Vision Zero Strategy.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon-Bibb County Traffic Engineering Division is seeking input from you for a pedestrian safety grant they’re applying for worth up to $6 million.
The grant is part of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Roadway Safety Strategy and Macon-Bibb’s Vision Zero Strategy.
Weston Stroud, the County’s Traffic Safety Manager, says in order to apply for the funding, they’re required to seek your input.
Questions on the survey will include questions like, “How often do you use Gray Highway?” And, “What types of changes would you like to see in certain areas?”
The survey is open until May 17.
