Tattnall Votes to Replace Head of School

A change in leadership at Tattnall Square Academy was announced today. The schools Board of Directors voted unanimously to replace headmaster, Larry Collins, who held the position the last two years.

The Board Chairman tells 41NBC the vote was made after a professional evaluation. He says there wasn’t a particular incident that triggered this decision, but rather a regular procedure.

Academic Dean, Dr. Michael Drake, will act as the interim Head of School.

Tattnall will begin its search for a permanent headmaster immediately.
