Macon Police Find Stolen Items, Linked to Car Break-Ins

Macon Police received a tip about possible stolen property being stored in a home on Pershing Avenue. Police got permission from the homeowners to search the house and when they arrived officers found 17-year-old Quantorious Adams, along with three juveniles hiding inside. Adams faces multiple charges.

Police found lap top computers, a large computer monitor, cell phones, an iPod and keys to a stolen car. Police found the stolen vehicle nearby and realized it’s one of many that was broken into in the Heath Road area over the weekend.

The Centerville Police Department and the Peach County Sheriff’s Office are investigating several burglaries which occurred in recent weeks, and police are trying to determine if those incidents are related to the items found.
