Man Steals Money from Lemonade Stand in Houston County

The Houston County Sheriff’s Office is on the look out for a man who stole $150 from a lemonade stand. Over the weekend, three young girls were raising money to help with medical expenses for one of the girls’ critically ill two year old cousin.

That’s when 21-year-old Amber Umbarger approached the stand with 20-year-old Gage Allen Turner.  Turner stole a jar of money and fled the scene. Deputies arrested Umbargerand he is charged with three counts of robbery by snatching.
