Fighting blight: Tax Commissioners Office auctioning off properties

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – According to the tax commission website, there are more than 1,600 blighted homes throughout Macon-Bibb County.

Tax Commissioner Wade McCord says his office is auctioning off the properties priced as low as $400.
