Sun returns for the holiday weekend

Good evening,
It is a chilly night across Middle Georgia as we experience our first night of winter.

Saturday will be a nice day in Middle Georgia with highs in the mid-50’s and breezy conditions hanging around through much of the afternoon. Overnight clear skies will give way to temperatures in the 30’s with some areas dropping to around freezing by early morning on Sunday.

On Sunday, a cold front will move through Middle Georgia bringing the risk of a few showers, but no storms are expected and the front will move through quickly.

The Christmas forecast looks pretty mild across the area, before rain moves in to end the week.
