Weather to be grateful for Thursday, ahead of rain to end the week

Good evening,
Thanksgiving looks to be a really nice one across the southeast, but rainy days will be on the way just after the Thanksgiving holiday.

Expect a chilly start across the area with temperatures in the 30’s to start the day, but temps warm pretty quickly into the upper 50’s and low 60’s. Plenty of sunshine will hang around through the day across Middle Georgia with a chilly night ahead for late night shoppers.

If you are heading out shopping on Black Friday, you will need a jacket and maybe even a coat as temperatures struggle to make it to the mid 50’s. Clouds will be moving in through the day before our next chance of rain.

Rain will hang around through Friday night and into Saturday morning, but should be moving out by the afternoon on Saturday. The good news is that temperatures should make it back to the 60’s for the weekend.
