State Bank on Bass Road robbed, robber on the loose

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Sheriff Deputies are looking for the man who robbed the State Bank & Trust on Bass Road Wednesday morning.

Around 11 AM, deputies say a man wearing a masked and dark clothes, walked into the bank with a gun and demanded money.

He was able to get away from the scene.

Bibb County deputies say the man was able to get away in a four door Toyota pick-up truck.

No one was hurt during the robbery.
