48th Brigade Honored Through Art

A work of art honoring the 48th Brigade’s service is unveiled today.  The painting, done by Larry Selman, commemorates the service of the 48th in Afghanistan from 2009 to 2010.

He says it was inspired by their battlefield and the challenges they faced during their service.              

The painting is dedicated to the soldiers who were killed and wounded and their families.
