3 suspects rob hotel guests at gunpoint

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for three men who allegedly robbed two hotel guests.

The incident happened Saturday at the Super 8 hotel located at 4765 Chambers Road around 12:38 a.m.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the two guests heard a knock at their room door. Once they answered it the three suspects forced their way in and demanded money, one carrying a gun.

The suspect fled the scene with and unknown amount of cash.
