2nd Street Renovation Project Stalls at Macon City Council

The 2nd Street Renovation Project took an unexpected turn Monday at Macon City Council.

A master plan contract with CHA Consulting was kept on the table by the appropriations committee, after a split vote stalled discussion of the project.
