17 Year Old Dies In Early Morning Car Accident In Macon

MACON, Georgia (41 NBC/WMGT) – A two car accident has taken the life of a 17 year old Central High School student.

Nashandra Finney was riding in the passenger seat of a Mazda Protege headed south on Forsyth Road, when the driver of an oncoming Toyota 4Runner turned left onto Tucker Road in front of the Mazda.

The accident occurred shortly before 7:00a.m.

Witnesses said it appeared both cars had a green light at the time of the accident.

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating this incident.
