17-Year-Old Dead, 3 Others Shot At Macon Nightclub

MACON, Georgia(41NBC/WMGT) — A deadly shooting at a Macon nightclub early Friday morning left a 17-year-old dead and 3 others shot.

According to Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones, the call came in around 3:30A.M. 17-year-old Jamonni Bland was shot dead in the parking lot near the Zodiac Lounge, at the River View Ballroom on Walnut Street.

Gary Lester, a witness who also works and lives at the River View Hotel said he had only been at the nightclub for 2 minutes when the fight broke out.

“I knew something was going to happen because anytime you see people run to the car, first thing I thought was he’s going to get a gun, so I ran upstairs and called 9-1-1,” said Lester.

He added that he heard about 20 shots.

25-year-old Steven Billue was shot in left shoulder. He was transported to Coliseum Medical Center. 30-year-old Andrae Bonner was shot in the neck and 21-year-old Deion Davis was shot multiple times. They were both transported to the Medical Center of Central Georgia. All three are in stable condition, according to Macon Police.
