14-year-old injured after crashing his dirt bike into Houston County school bus
Officers say the 14-year-old driver on the dirt bike disregarded the red light and proceeded into the intersection where the vehicles struck.

HOUSTON COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A teenager was injured after his dirt bike collided into a Houston County school bus on Tuesday morning, according to the Warner Robins Police Department.
The incident happened at 6:35 a.m. at S. Davis Dr. and Wall St. in Warner Robins on February 4.
According to the Warner Robins Police Department, the school bus was traveling north on S. Davis Dr. and the dirt bike was traveling west on Wall St. The school bus had a green light and right of way to travel through the intersection.
Officers say the 14-year-old driver on the dirt bike disregarded the red light and proceeded into the intersection where the vehicles struck. The driver of the dirt bike suffered fractures to the face and extremities and has been transported to a local hospital. There were no students on the bus and the bus driver was not injured.
According to the City of Warner Robins, the 14-year-old was also found to be in possession of a Glock Model 20, 10 mm pistol with extended magazine.
The incident is still under investigation and charges are pending.
