Man connected to Tara Grinstead case wanted on rape, kidnapping charges

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man involved in the Tara Grinstead case is now wanted on new charges.

34-year-old Bo Dukes is wanted for Rape, Aggravated Sodomy, False Imprisonment, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon in an incident that happened around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday at a home in the 300 block of Charleston Way, according to Warner Robins Police.

Dukes was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans and was last seen leaving the home in a 2013 white Kia Sorento with tag number PFP1116.

Officers believe Dukes brought two women to his home under the threat of physical violence and had a gun.

Police say Dukes has made suicidal threats and is known to drink heavily and that he has a history of cocaine use.

He was charged in 2017 along with Ryan Duke, a high school friend, of helping dump and burn Grinstead’s body in 2005.
