ATLANTA, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – You still have time to get out and take a look at some luxurious pianos inside Lenox Square.
Antique Piano Shop of Tennessee is displaying some of the rarest found pianos in the world at the mall in Atlanta.
“Most of our pianos are heirloom pieces that people send to us to restore and then we give back to the customers to enjoy for another 100 or 150 years,” says Kyle Warnke, Marketing and PR Manager for the company.
From now until December 31st, the company is showing off 8 fully restored grand pianos.
“The pianos are all antique pianos which means they were built before 1930. All of the pianos were custom restored to their original finish, their original sound, original look, and original playability,” says Warnke.
You can find the pianos in the luxury suite of the mall, close to Neiman-Marcus and Louis Vuitton.
“When you walk up, you will hear our pianos playing, three of them have been retrofitted with a device called Pianomation that allows the piano to play by itself.”
Before you decide to purchase any of the pianos, you can have a seat and get your fingers moving on the keys.
“We take great pride in saying that our pianos are superior playing instruments and they also look superior to any other work that’s out there,” says Warnke.
The pianos range in price from $35,000 to $150,000.
