DUBLIN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Southern Heritage Bar-B-Que is bringing out the best of Georgia with its patriotism and building on its reputation with a perfect health inspection score.
“We have pretty loyal customers I would say, we see a lot of the same people all the time,” Michael James Price, the restaurant’s manager said.
Love for America will bring people out and of course, so will good food.
“My dad was a marine so he takes pride in that kind of thing,” Price said.
Price was quick to talk about all the grub Southern Heritage offers.
“We have a very very good hamburger,” Price said. “The prime rib sandwich off sliced ribeye it is phenomenal.”

Whether from Texas or Dublin, everyone goes to Southern Heritage for the same reason: good food in a clean environment.
“We try to keep moving really fast all the time, it ain’t easy I”ll tell you that,” Price said, talking about how the restaurant scores so well with a tough health inspector.
