MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon-Bibb County Board of Elections has a new building.
The mayor was on hand to the cut the ribbon and make it official. The new space is located on Pio Nono Avenue at the West Gate Shopping enter.
Early voting starts on October 17th and ends on November 4th.
Macon-Bibb Elections Supervisor, Jeanetta Watson said, “General elections especially ones with the Presidential Election on the ballot tend to have extremely high numbers of turn out. Bibb County is one of the larger ones in the state of Georgia and we expect record high turnout in Macon-Bibb during the general election.”
You can use the new elections office or the historic terminal station elections office location to cast your ballots during early voting.
