Spring has just about Sprung here in Middle Georgia. Low to mid 70s is how we'll define your Friday with plenty in the way of sunshine. Temperatures will be safely above freezing tonight in the low 40s with mostly clear skies. Into your Saturday, you'll notice a slow increase in cloud cover through the late morning and afternoon. Saturday will be another warm afternoon with temperatures in the low to mid 70s.

Warm Weather as We Launch into Cherry Blossom Weekend

The low that brought us all that wet weather is moving out and skies are clearing.  Friday should be sunny and with warmer weather moving in, highs will climb into the mid 70s.  As the next storm system moves this way, skies will become partly cloudy on Saturday, but we'll continue with those warm mid 70s through the afternoon.

It's not until Sunday afternoon or evening that we're expecting showers and storms once more.  Some storms may be severe, but it appears these will be fast moving storms and should not take up a large part of Sunday.  Skies clear out again

Spring is Just Around the Corner

An upper-level disturbance is pushing through the Plains and may bring us a few showers on Wednesday.  Not enough dynamics for heavy rain or severe weather, so don't expect gully-washer out of this one.  Rain chances only 40% and highs will be flirting with 60 degrees.
Skies will be sunny to partly cloudy with temperatures climbing into the mid 70s Thursday through Saturday with a return of wet weather for Sunday and Monday.

We'll kick off your weekend with a bit more in the way of cloud cover. Given that we'll see the clouds on your Saturday, this will also help to block the sunshine, so temperatures should be a little below normal. There is a chance that we could contend with a few scattered showers on your weekend. More so on your Saturday afternoon; however, in to your Sunday, you may notice a few sprinkles.

More Rain for the Next Couple of Days

A very slow moving upper-low will bring in more distubances, which means more rain and storms for us.  Some storms may be severe.  While we are expecting alot of rain with this upper-low, temperatures won't cool down much, so we're looking at  highs in the 60s to near 70 through the end of the week as the rain moves out.  Saturday we'll see some clearing with more sunshine expected by Sunday.  Highs through the weekend will be in the 60s.  For next week, skies will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy with highs in the mid 60s.
