FORSYTH, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) -- The Monroe County Board of Education is meeting Tuesday night to review a plan for re-zoning elementary schools.
In a newsletter sent home to parents, a chart shows that enrollment numbers are significantly lower in K. B. Sutton Elementary School and Samuel Hubbard Elementary School.
Superintendent Anthony Pack told 41NBC growth in those areas of the county did not happen as rapidly as planned.
T.G. Scott is at 89% of its capacity with 887 students. Hubbard is at 66% of it's capacity with 598 enrolled. 436 students attend Sutton which is at 58% of it's capacity.
The board of education will not make a decision on the rezoning Tuesday night.
